Ah, so the facegen is not dynamic and you just have NPC archetypes and the game just randomly picks archetypes to generate them? No wonder why they all look the same.

Yes, in the ck there are unique NPCs or non unique NPCs. Bandit's are done with non unique NPCs. So you can just go in and edit a bandit that isn't unique and it will affect dozens of bandits in game. So you can edit them yourself if you wanted.
