Oblivion menus close when opened.

Hi,

 

I have been having a problem with Oblivion since I got my new laptop, last year.

My problem is that every time i am running the game, with mods or none at all, and i press Caps Lock or any of the volume keys, menus will close when i open them.

Also if i press them in the main menu, the menu automaticly selects "continue game".

 

I searched everything i could think of and nothing matched what i am experiencing.

I do have windows 7, 64bit, and when i run oblivion i don't have any background programs or processes running if that helps.
