Adding Items to a specific vendor's inventory?

I've been working on my own drinks mod but have had some particular trouble going about the process of adding them to vendor lists so they show up. Sometimes they do but usually they don't. More specifically I'd like to add them to two particular vendors:

 

Settlement-Assigned Food Vendor

Bean (Mr Handy at General Atomics Galleria.)

 

Depending on your choices the robots at the Galleria can become potential vendors. Bean at Slocum's Joe talks about coffee all the time and one of the drinks my mod adds is coffee, I'd like to add it as an available drink to his list but can't figure out how.

 

If anyone has ideas/suggestions I'd appreciate it but looking through the Leveled Lists with FO4Edit I've been unable to find one specifically pertaining to him. Thanks.

Just looking at the list, if you expand "Leveled Item" and scroll down you'll find LLI_Vendor... entries, if you modify Food_Basic, Food_Rare, Drink_NonAlcohol_Basic and Drink_NonAlcohol_Rare it'll probably work, Bethesda works in mysterious ways but that's what I would do.
