azuraheart Posted March 13, 2016 Share Posted March 13, 2016 For those who crash upon starting Fallout 4, about 5 seconds into the intro cinematic, I am here to help! Step 1. download LOOT (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5310/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D5310%26preview%3D&pUp=1) and place it somewhere you can find it. Step 2. Open up NMM, go to the supported tools tab, and click configure LOOT. When you do this, a directory window will pop-up. locate the folder you placed LOOT and click "ok". Step 3. After doing this, go back into the supported tools tab, click on "Launch LOOT". Doing this will open LOOT. Step 4. After opening loot, scroll through all of your fallout 4 plugins. If you see a red bar below a plugin, that means there is an error. Usually this error is a broken mod. If you fix that, your Fallout 4 should launch properly. Good Luck. Varsy Posted March 15, 2016 Share Posted March 15, 2016 dear azuraheart! i have some issue with launching the game, i always have tried LOOT, but it doesn't help. every plugin is clear and have no red bar, but after reload game - it just close on start. i just use F4SGE to launch my saves, but the problem is in individual mod, that brokes the saves.. and as i understand - there is no way to "catch" this mod, the only way - remove mods with F4SGE and just figure out what mod cause that issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
