I have the same problem here, Only SKSE64, FNIS, XP32 max Skeleton, realistics ragdolls and force is being installed, then T position bugs occurs, what's going wrong?

 

The output of FNIS.exe is here:

So here is a solution which worked for me for the Stuck in Tee pose, no animations problem...

 

Just fine the following file, and delete it.

 

Skyrim/Data/Meshes/actors/character/behaviors/0_master.hkx

 

It is weird, but it worked for me... and it took hours and hours to find the web reference which said to do it, and I can't find it again.

 

So, make a back up of the file, and just try it, if you like. It worked for me.

I have the same problem my character was in the form of a t and I lost all kinds of movement only in my character, the npc do have normal movements I already took out the mods that I installed before it happened to me and tried several things but nothing worked please help me this It appears that when I do the diagnosis
