So, I've been thinking about recording Fallout NV, and I was wondering if someone could suggest a good recording software to use, yes I know this doesn't really involve Fallout, but this is the only forum I'm really ever involved in.

Fraps is the most used around as it does consume alot of HHD space , just make those vids good enough , dont be too harsh on yourself the first few videos will always suck

 

It is Really Really Advised You Buy Sony Pro Vegas , it is expensive but if you plan on doing some editing that aint made by a monkey you will look into it .......along side other things

Personally I use dxtory. It doesn't do desktop recording but it hasn't once failed me. It was $50 though. And you're right, an editing program is a must. (Well, not a must but a good thing to have)

Open Broadcast Software is really good! Strongly recommend it and it's free!

there's a cheaper version of sony vegas called Sony Movie stuido but i would use the 80 dollar one
