Skyrim keeps crashing every few seconds after starting game

So i decided to go back to Skyrim after a long break ( couple of months ) and also decided to install a few mods using Nexus Mod Manager. After installing like 2 mods (does not include my other mods) i got into the game and then i crashed a few moments later. Ok im skip the bulls***, i got Ts5Edit i clean all dirty plugins, used LOOT for load order, and even uninstalled and reinstalled all mods which took me a while, i am now completely out of options and desperate please help. Crashes happen A LOT of the time outside while im exploring, and very very rarely do they occur in dungeons and s#*!.
