spoilers A dragon wants to kill the King...and me

Blood of my blood: It's okay to play the bodyguard to this silly King if some kids are involved but a dragon seems to disagree. I am on the bridge before the last temple tower and this Dragon char and swat all three of us every time.

I have tried every timely combination betwwen the right hand click of the mouse and Quen sign, but to no avail.

Some help would be appreciated

At the exit of the cutscene press the S key to make Geralt walk toward the screen

Answered this one already somewhere else, have the "s" key held down when the cut scene finishes and then with the "s" key continually pressed start clicking the right mouse button, do this right up until you are through the gate, that will get you past this sticking point.

According to the game guide, at this point it says "We must be prepared for 2 QTE's" , can anyone tell me what the hell a QTE is? The only thing I could think of was Quest Terminating Experience, and that being the case the guide doesn't even give a hint as to how to prepare.

QTE is Quick Time Event or basically cutscene with either mouse clicks or keystrokes after which when it`s done and your back in "game" mode

Quite agree, there was a brief note telling you to right click ti evade the dragon, then the cutscene , I mean where did 's' come from, I see it's roll back twice, well up to this point I have not used that at least twice for roll, but thanks for pointing this out . I still feel like I have missed 5o% and the game is extremely mean esp on the time those little notices pop to read in a blink.
