spiritshadowx
I was bored out of my head whilst playing Oblivion when i discovered my house was clipping right into a mod shop i just installed, with guards standing on top of the roof of my house wandering around on circles. It then occured to me "Wouldn't it be great if you could have an island with all the mod shops instead of them being littered around the world like a plague?" Tada this idea came to me. I chose to do this for both Oblivion and Fallout, but i chose fallout first because i used it's construction kit last. I was busy accidently making gigantic mountains when it occured to me, would you guys even want this? Would you, the community, like an island where all the mod shops in Wasteland to be moved onto one single island? I ask because i would have to ask mod designers to move their shops onto the island because im not big on tampering with people's creations, so it would be up to the mod designers to make the move (as sort of a extra plugin). I'd also provide a map of the place, which could show areas of the island already occupied by certain mods to prevent clipping. I ask because i don't want to go through the pain of making an empty island just to be ignored. So it's up to you guys, would you like one or not? And what would you like to see on the Island (in terms of mod shops). If this is a hit, i'll make an Oblivion version too. Also, to combat the lag that would ensue, i would create this as a small world that could be accessed by a boat. (mainly because i don't fancy tampering with the wasteland). I needed something to design that wasn't a bloody house... EDIT: Well this idea went down like a house on fire... EDIT2: Well since the poll was a runaway success (sarcasm), I will go ahead in making a MALL rather than an ISLAND, and i will upload the blank island, and ask for anyone to request mod shops to be built in there. I will post the link when it is created. Edited June 11, 2011 by spiritshadowx
