Shock Damage Recolor

I'd like a recoloring of the Shock damage bolt. The WHOLE shock bolt.

 

Ideally I want a blood red of a specific color.

 

I want:

 

RGB VALUE

 

R: 137

G: 0

B: 0

 

However, I'd not want a solid color. I'd want to retain a slight transparency like the original bolt has.

Would be much appreciated.
