LE Shield on back

Hi, would anyone willing to make a mod with shields on back but not like in this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17746/?

 

I'm looking for something more like a ,,prop cosmetic" shield, maybe using Tail slot like Cloaks of Skyrim.

 

It doesn't need to give bonus def.

 

 

Now question: Why?

I'm big Dark Souls fan and I always wanted use, for example, Moonlight GS and have shield on back that could regenerate my stamina faster in Skyrim.
