T-51B armor glitching

Ok so I have previously gotten a T-51B DX retex, didnt like it and it was bugging really badly. Was supposed to be dark and metallic , instead it glowed and was bright throughout, even at night.

 

So I deleted it, used a Hi-res retex here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4929

 

What happens now is that while some of the T-51Bs look really great, others are giving problems such as glitching by absorbing whatever colors they are near. Especially when they move. So a Brotherhood of Steel guy walks over rocks, and he's entire T-51 is now rock-coloured. When moving near cupboard, the armor looks wooden.

 

I have tried deleting by archiveinvalidation, not sure if i did it right, would like instructions. Any other solutions would be great too!
