LE Looking for help 'beefing up' a custom armour

First off, I use Skyre, so everything is already patched to be beefy.

 

The custom armour I want to beef is Killer Keo's Fur Huntress.

 

I'm not unaccustom to having to tweak custom armour so higher level characters can use them. But I can't seem to make this armour any more beefier. I have edited it in the CK and nothing is changing in game at all.

 

So I'm curious if someone else, can either A) Possibly make this for me, since I seem to be derping somewhere, or B) Tell me where I'm derping.
