Mods Get Disabled Upon Fallout 4 Launch

Try the new NMM, if that doesn't do it, then you're back to plan B.

See the UFO4P first post for the details.

(you have to edit your plugins.txt file, make it NOT read only, and put a * in front of the mods you want to use.

No need to reinstall the mods)

I've tried this to limited success. The first time it worked fine but then when I went back to edit it and add new mods I was having problems with the file making itself read-only and reverting to the previous file with no mods, also I would activate the mods, and need to edit the plugins.txt file, which deactivated the mods in NMM, and when I activated them the file only showed the Fallout4 and two dlc .esm's.

I have the same issue when after installing new mods, what I do is launch fallout4 with default launch, try to load a game to which a screen will pop up saying mods are absent, cancel the load, quit game, go back to NMM and reenable all mods, quit NMM then relaunch fallout4 with default launch. It works for me.

I tried launching with NMM and fallout4.exe but both cause game instability for me.
