Help?

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled fallout 4 and for some reason my mods arent working correctly now. Ive redone the ini edits how im supposed to but they still dont work right.

For a few examples

 

The Homemaker mod has the the extra slots and names in the settlement building menu like it should but the pictures of the objects in question dont appear in the menu, interestingly if i have the Spring Cleaning mod activated at the same time it replaces the Homemaker items with the name "hammer animation"

 

My radio mod that adds extra radio stations in the game. All of the radio station names are on the radio section of the pip boy but if i select them it doesnt play anything and its just dead silence (the vanilla radio station works though)

 

I've tried the top 2 dialogue mods on the nexus but both of them have no effect and the game just uses the default menu

 

Note: 2 perhaps 3 mods do work for sure

 

The Armorsmith mod works as i am able to wear armor on things like the drifter outfit

 

The mod that allows you to bypass the terminal minigame(cant think of the name) works

 

I think truestorms is working because there was a small rainstorm that looked like it could be from that mod but im not sure

 

Any help would be appreciated
