icecreamassassin
So I am trying to create a couple perks for my custom off interface perk tree (eg doesn't use the vanilla UI or system) and I'm having some trouble creating a working automaton and undead detection spell. I have the tree set and you can purchase the perk and it gives you the ability with is an exact replica of the detect dead interior spell, and it casts fine but no dead targets light up, no bodies, ghosts, draugr, nothing. Same with the Automaton. I have it set to condition for the subject being in an interior cell and has the keyword actortypedwarven and can't get automatons to glow either. The weird thing I can't seem to replicate was at one point when I was trying to get this ability to work as a constant ability rather than a concentrate spell, I could get the glow working when the perk was first applied. It would mark the nearest target (no matter what they were though) So I'm at a loss, any tips?
cdcooley
The Detect Dead spell has two magic effects for finding things in interiors. Did you only copy one and so the enemies aren't showing because you copied the allies version or vice versa?
icecreamassassin
no, I only used the interior enemy version because that's all I'm trying to track
