[sOLVED BY INSTALLING DARNIFIEDUI]

So, I've recently started to replay NV, and I am having some issues.

Whenever a tutorial popup (Clothes, Flashlight, Grenade Hotkey) comes up, they are blank, and I can't do s*** about it. I tried every button, and they just still appear and are blank as the void that is under the world of games.

It's really annoying because I want my game to be ready for 'The Frontier'

Edit: For now, I'll be using the Tutorial Killer mod to use it as a work around.

Do you have any UI/HUD/Menu mods installed: such as DarnifiedUI, OneHUD, MCM, or UIO? The sequence in which you install them (install order) can cause issues like this by overwriting XML files containing that information.

oHuD. And that's all the Hud mods, MCM is the other.

MCM is 2A / 43 in my mods list and oHud i have no idea. I'm goign to reinstall Ohud if I need too.

Check that your ".ini" files do not call upon missing external fonts. Open "Fallout_default.ini" in the installation folder and look at what is listed under "[Fonts]".
Default looks like this:

[Fonts]
sFontFile_1=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Monofonto_Large.fnt
sFontFile_2=Textures\Fonts\Monofonto_Large.fnt
sFontFile_3=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Monofonto_Medium.fnt
sFontFile_4=Textures\Fonts\Monofonto_VeryLarge02_Dialogs2.fnt
sFontFile_5=Textures\Fonts\Fixedsys_Comp_uniform_width.fnt
sFontFile_6=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Monofonto_VL_dialogs.fnt
sFontFile_7=Textures\Fonts\Baked-in_Monofonto_Large.fnt
sFontFile_8=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Futura_Caps_Large.fnt
sFontFile_9=Textures\Fonts\NVFont_Test.fnt

If your file contains something different, check those folders to confirm that the files really exist. If the font used in the tutorial message boxes is missing it would explain the lack of text. Check your "C:\Users\<YourAccountName>\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV" folder "Fallout,ini" and "Fallout_prefs.ini" files fonts as well. They should be the same as above.

My other suggestion is to add UIO because it stitches together various menu changes into a coherent whole. The install order (NOT the load order) needs to be MCM, OHUD, and last UIO. Then use LOOT to sort the load order.

Also note that some mods like "Project Nevada" add Menu and/or HUD elements even though people don't think of them as "HUD mods". They should have their own instructions as to where they need to be installed in relation to MCM.

You will need to de-activate/uninstall and then re-activate/reinstall UIO each time you add/remove a HUD/Menu mod so it sees changes and updates it's combined display.

If that doesn't fix it, I think you may need to "verify files" and see if you aren't missing something.

I have tried my best to do as said, I have verified, I have reinstalled mods, I have done EVERYTHING. Yet the Lockpick tutorial always pops up, and always doesn't have text. Is there a way to disable that ONE tutorial?

Edit: It's hard coded. And it's this one tutorial that keeps popping up. The message is COMPLETELY blank. The only word that shows up is 'Lockpicking' there is no button, no buttons work, it just doesn't work at all.
