kanoba
Ok so im working on a haunted hotel project, ive done the exterior and stuff and today did a huge part of the interior for the first and second floor but when i got to the third floor i wanted to put in some really cool stuff from fall out NV now at the moment my ESP has DLC04 ( point lookout) and fallout3 for master files and i cant figure out how to get fallout NV stuff into fallout 3 geck Things ive tried copy and pasting all of the data files into both data directory and opening them, it gives me a master file error so i allowed for multiple masters then the Geck just crashes and wont open half way through loading Is there any way other then copying each thing with nif scope and stuff to get all the Fallout NV into fallout3 geck or Vise versa? any help would be much appreciated
Skevitj
If they aren't already in the data files for FO3 then don't try (or even talk about) releasing the mod publicly. Are you talking about trying to open a FNV esm/esp file with the FO3 GECK, or trying to recreate objects in FO3 using FNV resources? I'm pretty sure you won't have any luck with the first, but meshes/etc from FNV should be useable in FO3, it's worked on at least a few occasions for me. That said, they were all simple objects, there might be some differences seen with more complex objects. Edited June 9, 2011 by Skevitj
