When you take a games with these huge competitive scenes, not a ton of people want change because so much time has been invested into the mastery of the game. There's the pace and style of gameplay that defines the series, and I think people would rather like to understand the gameplay as purely the franchise. The Call of Duty series is fine. But some people like the same and so people don't, so it's not possible to satisfy everyone. My brother, having participated in a Machinima tournament and many GameBattles events, will want the gameplay to be more or less the same. After all, it's about going in and knowing all your tricks and stuff will work so you can own some nubz. For me? Battlefield 3. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
