imbrium2
I was wondering if anyone knows how to convert Oblivion armor (mod armor as well) to Morrowind? I found a tutorial for weapons but I read it doesn't work for armor. I would deeply appreciate the help.
Kuraikiba
Not really allowed. You can't port material from one game to another. If you are talking redoing them from scratch, that would be rather difficult.
razorpony
It's allowed as long as it stays on your computer and doesn't get uploaded anywhere, or in the case of mod armor you have permissions to convert and upload. The problem is that Morrowind and Oblivion don't use the same body setup. Oblivion has 5 basic body slots for humans, feet, lowerbody, upperbody, hands, head. Morrowind has much more. The body is cut into more individual pieces and there are more slots to fill. For example. to port an Oblivion cuirass you'd need to cut it into 3 pieces: left pauldron, right pauldron, and cuirass to put it into Morrowind. It's do-able but would take a lot of mesh work to get it right. RP
Kuraikiba
However, the boots and greaves in both games take up the same amount of slots. Those would be easier.
