Furniture Controlled by Havoc

Would there be an simple way to replace all furniture in the game (bookshelves and stuff) with physics enabled ones? I cant help but have fantasies about trashing peoples houses by knocking over full bookshelves....or starting bar fights where chairs and tables get knocked around by telekinesis spells.

Anything which would could be usable, such as chairs, couldn't have physics attached without causing some problems (namely the person sitting down and launching the chair). That, and anything which does have havok tends to behave like styrofoam, it doesn't sit still very well, and can easily be knocked around. In relation to large objects, this can cause serious problems as often these objects are embeded in walls. Additionally, the processes which control havok are rather resource intensive, having that many havok pieces in motion would probably kill even those with 6gb ram and a quad core. It just wasn't designed to handle that many complex entities.
