It might be pretty simple, but i couldn't figure ou or find the answer in any tutorial...

Sometimes i'm editing the ground texture and the brush stop workin in some areas (take a look at the ss), why it happens and how can i edit those areas?

Think it's related to the number of ground textures you can use per 1/4 cell. Don't remember the specifics, or how to solve it offhand, but I know it's been mentioned before.

That's right. You can have a maximum of 9 textures per cell quadrant. Any more and the ground will tile, which I believe is your problem here. It's simple enough to fix, simply press the 'I' key when in the landscape editor (make sure you're in the cell which you're having the trouble with).

Four boxes will appear with ID's of various textures. Simply delete some of textures so that there is room for at least one more texture before you reach the limit, and you shouldn't get the tiling problem. ;)

Good luck!!

:D It's very annoying, and sometimes it's hard positioning the camera into the view just to be in the right cell to delete them in the first place!!

But no problem, glad to help! :)

Thankz a lot Dave, it worked perfectly. It was really annoying me.

I just couldn't understand why i could paint just the half of the location, as you can see the edges are toglled on and there is a pice of ground inside the location i'm workin in which i was able to paint, anyway this is a minor doubt once the major problem is solved, thanks everybody.

I edited to prevent "Thread Necromancy" hehe.

Another useful tip is to press b, which shows the cell grid- it makes it easy to tell which cell/quad you're editing.

Thanks man, but as you can see in the ss the Cell Grid is already turned on. Anyway it's a very good tool indeed.
