P4tchme
Hi everyone, my problem is, that when I try to load my 71h savegame my game just crashes. At first it crashed when I tried to use the workbench and I thought, hey why not update my mods i have installed. But after that i couldnt even load my savegame. Then i deleted all of my mods and reinstalled Fallout 4 but it didnt change anything.Sadly, I don't have all of the mods here which I used in that Savegame or even the Load Order. Does anyone know why that happened and if i can save my savegame? Would appreciate help, thank you.

SharraShimada
NEVER ever update a mod while you are playing a game. I can always crash your progress and ruin your savegame. (unless you know exactly whats changed in the mod, und you are sure it will not cause trouble) Because Bethesda thougt it would be fun to store a load oh s#*! in the savegame, there is info related to your mods stored in it, that can not be accessed any more, due to first upgrading and then deleting the related mods. There ist only one solution possible, that i can imagine of: Recreate your old mod-setup with the very versions you used at the time, and hope for the best. You dont have to build it in the exact same way. You can normaly ignore mods like new weapons or clothing, because the game will simply ignore the missing data, and go on. But every gamechanging mod will be required. If thats not possible, your savegame is screwed up, as sad as it is. You could try to load an earlier stage, but that means to loose progress. PJS1488
I've got the same problem. Here's the thing, I haven't updated any of the mod versions I'm using since before the 1.4 patch. Bethesda caused this problem, not modders.

Because fo4 is still new, we will encounter this problem a few times, till its done, like skyrim.

They should try releasing a complete, bug free game for a change, instead of shipping some half finished, bug ridden atrocity, and, then patching every couple of weeks. Not to mention squeezing us for every cent, with their rip off DLCs.
