Problems entering the "Thieves Guild"

I started a fresh game of Oblivion with KotN, SI and a lot of Mods installed and now I'm unable to enter the Thieves Guild via the beggars. The "Gray Fox" topic doesn't show up even after reading the reward poster and maxing their disposition (both the Gray Fox and the Hyeronimous topics show up normally when talking with other NPCs). I can still enter the guild and start the first quest by getting arrested and then receiving a visit by the scary dark-elf dudette, but I wonder which Mod is causing a conflict - and how I can get around it.

 

Is there a way to dump a list of the loaded Mods using either Wrye Bash or Oblivion Mod Manager (so that I can paste it here)?

 

Or, maybe, is this an already known problem given some specific circumstances?
