Akrid Posted December 4, 2003 Share Posted December 4, 2003 I'm doing a revised version of the compaion script for animal companions, Only I have a little problem, I can't get the dumb animals to talk to me. I was able to get the creature ansestrial ghost to talk but Guars and other various dumb animals refuse to talk even though I gave them topics and greetings, I keep getting mad and killing them, but that didn't work either :wacko: How do get those smelly sacks of dung to sound off? Copy the script it has and edit to your liking. if your not sure about the mudcrab post that question, im not very familiar on the exact location of it. Akrid Posted December 4, 2003 Author Share Posted December 4, 2003 Good idea, I'll give that a try....... really the script I'm working on is done, It dosn't involve the dialoge code that you use to tell it come and stay, I just need to command it to test the script. Modders already know how to have guars follow you, the only way I could get this one to follow me was to shove it some steel. Anyway this is just a simple script to fix the problem where animal compainions wont travel with you, a simple modification of the companion script some modder dude posted somwhere (I got the readme with the info).
