UOMP Thieves Den bug

Just to get this out of the way, I use BOSS and OBMM for my load order.

I have the Unofficial Patch and the Unofficial Official Mods Patches. The Thieves Den SSSB of the latter is giving me no end of trouble. I'll explain.

 

Everything was fine until I entered the Thieves Den. I went down into the mid-deck of the ship and couldn't get out. The trapdoor down was just a texture and the ladder to go up was missing. I found a thread on here (via google) that explained this was all to blame on the DLCThieves Den-Unofficial Patch-SSSB. I unchecked said .esp and it was fixed: the lower hatch door worked and the ladder appeared. However, now the Anvil docks are missing. Yes, the docks. They're missing.

 

The shops and NPCs and even the boats are all there, but the wooden docks are just gone. They were there before I unchecked the SSSB.esp, and now they're gone. I have to walk on the shore that would be beneath the docks and jump to get into any of the shops. I have to disable collision to get up onto the boats. Some of the NPCs walk down on the shore with me, but others float on what should be the docks (if they were there).

 

I tried searching google for anyone who had a similar problem, but I couldn't find that anyone had. I did not modify anything other than unchecking the SSSB before this new bug occurred. I have the latest version of Open Cities, but there was no conflict before I unchecked the SSSB. Has anyone encountered this? Do they know a way to fix it?

Do I have to check the SSSB whenever I want the docks (making the Thieves Den bugged), and uncheck it whenever I want to go down into the Thieves Den? That's annoying.
