Mind taking look at my Load Order to solve CTD?

Hey! So..I got the Fallout 3 GOTY edition through steam..and with all these wonderful mods the game looks and plays awesome...except.. Whenever I enter a new area. It seems 1 out of 4 times the game just crashes when entering a new area. I did the .ini fixes to switch my quad to a dual. I got a good rig. 465 GTX Nvidia, 8 gigs of ram Windows 7 etc etc. Anyways, maybe its my load order! Any help would be rad.
