Is there a weapon mod that causing ear ringing?

Is there a weapon mod that causing ear ringing after weapons/explosions fire?

 

I'm looking for a mod that mimics true life firing of weapons without ear protection (i.e. reduced hearing perception)

 

I would like the mod to reduce the ringing if ear protection is worn but also reduce normal (pre firing) hearing. Peltors et al anyone?

 

A reduced vision from muzzle flash (worse at night) would be great too. (Flash/Smoke/Recoil/Focus)
