No, this isn't a Fallout 3 question posted in the wrong forum, but a question about the various speeds of targeted spells.

The "shock" line throws out a kind of blue electrical bolt. It looks like it moves pretty quickly, but it also obscures your vision somewhat so it's hard to correct your aim against small targets.

"Frost" and "fire" seem to throw out small globes, white and red respectively, with the red globe being easier to see in most environments.

"Magic" seems to throw out a red globe of mist. The neat thing about this stuff is that if you hit the target it emits a big, easy-to-see cloud of red mist for the duration of the effect, so if you have a 2- or 3-second duration you can see exactly when it wears off.

I can't really tell how fast each of these bolts travel. Is shock faster or does it just seem faster because of the crazy light show it gives off?

Oh, and the sizes of the hitboxes would be good information to know as well. The red mist thing seems to have the biggest margin of error, but I don't know if that's really true or not.

Does anybody know how fast the various bolt types travel and how "wide" they are?
