This mod neither undermines the artist, takes credit for, nor makes a profit off of the music included in this mod" Firstly fair use does not cover mods, secondly the site is a uk based site, and thirdly as soon as you distribute it no longer becomes for "personal use", that is copyright infringement and music piracy. Since this is the second time you account is forfeit.
