I Need Help With Skyrim

First of all I'm not tech savvy and can be dense at time so that's me now to the problem. I cant get my game to work right now, I have downloaded, deleted and re-uploaded files that I think its just screwed. So Ill put my mods that I want on my game and what I would like you the viewer in what I should download first so I don't get this problem after deleting skyrim and all the mods and re-doing.
