mods not showing up

So had a sort of litany of problems and as I've solved one, another seems to take it's place.

 

Originally, FO4 was simply crashing on launch. Even after uninstalling all the mods, deleting all the content, uninstalling the game and wiping all the saves, document, and appdata info on the game for a clean reinstall, it wouldn't even launch as a clean unmodded installation.

 

I actually ended up wiping my PC today and changing the OS, which along with the subsequent driver updates seems to let the game run again.

 

Problem I have now is that the mods are not showing up in the game. The official DLC shows up in the addons, but no mod I add myself or though NMM shows up even if it remains checked in NMM at launch.

 

At first it seemed to be from an install bug where it wasn't loading the actual content into data, just empty folders, but even after reinstalling NMM again and running it on admin to fix that issue I still couldn't get the game to recognize the mods.

 

The content is there, I have the esp and all the game data in the folders now where it belongs, I shuffled the load order and made sure I had the extra prerequisite content for the likes of the weaponsmith mod.

 

Yet for some reason no matter what I do I can not get anything outside of the Automatron DLC to work.

 

Texture replacers seem to work, but no matter which setup I've tried for archive invalidation it seems to have had no effect.

 

Is there some problem/solution I'm missing?

UPDATE!

 

In what amounts to a lot of confusion for me, the game still doesn't say it's using any mod/addon other than automatron, but most of the mods I installed are indeed working, save for certain ones like the one that's supposed to change character voice.

 

EDIT: Seems it's because they did something with the DLC's archive that overrides the audio. Since I'm not willing to futz with that I guess I'll have normal char voice for now. :p
