Crashing at the main menu with a working mod list

Yesterday I was playing Fallout 4 with the following mods and everything went smoothly, played for about 5 hours without any kind of problems.

That same day, I tried to open F4 again and it crashed after loading the main menu. I went and deactivated all the plugins and started activating them in small groups and I found activating LegendaryModification.esp and LegendaryModificationMisc.esp were aparently causing the crashes. I tried enabling some other mods later in the load order one by one and when I enabled my own merged patch, it started crashing again (which makes no sense). I deactivated it, and the game kept crashing. At this point it was 3 AM and I was too tired to continue. If anyone's got any idea of why this is happening I'd be glad to hear it.

After spending some more hours testing stuff and checking everything with FO4Edit (which served no purpose as it all seems clean barring a few minor conflicts that can't cause a CTD) and even making a brand new merged patch, I've only managed to make the game run if minutemenoverhaul.esp, 44shootfaster.esp, LegendaryModification.esp, LegendaryModificationMisc.esp, Power-Armor Compatible Powerfist.esp, Muzzle Flash.esp, BossChestsHaveLegendaries.esp, Trigger Rush Works Like its Description (50% Faster Regen).esp and any merged patches are deactivated. I'll keep trying stuff later. Some other combinations seemed to work too, hell even with the merged patch and certain works I could get it to open without CTDing, but it only worked half of the time, so it was too unstable.

Ok, another evening wasted and to no avail. I don't know why this might be happening, but it's driving me crazy.
