Geck render window breaks after playtesting

While modding i frequently go in-game to check my work. Recently the Geck NV render window has been breaking when i leave the game and click on the render window (objects disappear leaving only their shadows and tile pieces don't render correctly). Reloading the current cell or loading another cell doesn't fix it, i have to quit and reload, which is a pain. I recently started testing with HDR screen effects active which may be the cause. I used to run TES4 CS and was able to play the game forever on high settings with no problems. Anyone experience this or have an idea how to fix it? Thanks for reading and your time and consideration.

 

I probably should have put this under troubleshooting... Oops!

I suspect that you don't have enough RAM to run both FNV and geck with a large mod loaded. Does Task Manager show almost all of your RAM used? I have a "medium end" system, and I always quit geck before I load FNV.

 

I checked the task manager while running FNV on top of Geck and memory usage was at 50% a little over 2 gigs yet it also said i had only 500 mb free memory... confusing.
