Lahti L39 Anti-tank rifle request

I prefer sniper-type way of approach whenever that is possible. What FO4 is missing (IMHO) is a decent sniper rifle. Therefore I'm asking if someone skillfull enough would be interested in producing Lahti L39 anti-tank rifle "Tribute to Winter War"-edition?
