zeiferl Posted March 26, 2016 Share Posted March 26, 2016 (edited) hello, im triying to modify the 3rd rank of the perk 'inspirational' and charisma to make it a really rough impact in the game. i want to make it to set your endurance to 0-1(1 with the booblehead) like the power armor strengh buff but with your endurance, but also allow you to take your dog or a custom robot with another companion (the ones who have afinity). (why 0, well because you can take 2 companions in power armor with fatman or 2 robots overpowered or a mix, so you will be like an actual politician, just a guy who send people to do the dirt work for you, but he is jut a man that will fall with a single bullet). Why not take dense/danse/dance with strong or woody o meant satan garvey? well because that will be not lore friendly, most of your companions hate each other companions but also because they dont interact with themselves, that is a complete overhaul that i will make, but they will not have any voice. increase the damage of the bleeding of dogmeat's perk by player level and charisma perkpoints, and add a 4th range to give dogmeat the blitz perk but i cant find a way to make him use it, maybe is it possible to make one companion attack using his action points in vats?. To make that your charisma gives damage and defense bonus to your companions (around 2.5-5% per perk point), but decrease your armor by 2% per perk point. The game's IA is really bad but with 2 companions if one do something wrong the another will do the job, just like the actual mods for companions, but they dont punish the player by choosing that path. is not balanced (im running this by balancing by myselft with endurance in 1). if raiders, brotherhood of steel soldiers, traders and minutemen goes in groups why cant you do the same? also is for charisma characters to break the game rules, because now you dont really will need kill anyone by yourself. The intimidation skills are fine like they are right now. Offcourse, if you decide to choose the lone wanderer the game will not let you use any companion (or at least dont make your companions stronger) and your charisma no longer affect your deffence, but make it a little bit strong, around 5-10% more to compensate your loss. but now, i cant even find how make that a point in charisma modify your companions damage, or your own armor in fo4edit or the hotkeys (because the companion system need more hotkeys to make them move/use/attack a unit without "inspect that" what will you inspect in a raging behemoth?). may i need just wait for the creation kit to make it? or is it possible to make with fo4edit? just because im getting frustrated with some (a lot) things. pd: maybe i need nerf the players damage too... any ideas?, because im thinking that mofidy intelligence and luck would be good ways to make the game more unique, right now i feel the perk system dissapointing.
