Help deleting entry in GECK for weapon replacer.

Yeah, with the MOGUNS deactivated it goes back to normal. There's something in the MOGUNS that's specifically insisting on the gun trying to find the mesh and textures installed by the mod, but search me as to what it is. Everything else about the weapon is changed back to vanilla (stats, name, pip boy icon).

Ok, so after looking at this.. you need to delete:

from Mo'Guns.esp:

****Lucky .357

****Ranger Sequoia

Rhino Hunting Revolver

The meshes and textures used by them have custom path names so they should not be overriding the vanilla versions once removed from Mo'Guns.esp. Additionally, the meshes/textures are shared with other Mo' version handguns, so deleting the meshes and textures would cause these other versions that are not replacers to have the ! missing mesh. I "think" what you have is a case of having the "Rhino Hunting Revolver M" from AWOP, and thinking that it is the hunting revolver replacer, from Mo'Guns which it is not. The replacer is just "Rhino Hunting Revolver" with no "M". I suggest verifying which versions of weapons you are using. The M designated weapons are all stand alone and part of AWOP, not Mo'Guns.

I wish that were the case, but it's not. The hunting revolver (the weapon I've been testing this with) is the one that you find in one of the 2nd floor rooms at the REPCONN factory, so it's definately not an AWOP (M) Weapon. I also added a "ranger sequoia" with the console for further testing. I allready just straight deleted those entries from the MOGUNS esp via the GECK and, allthough EVERYTHING else about the weapon reverts back to the Vanilla weapon (name, pip boy icon, stats...I think even firing sound), the appearance of the weapon in 1 or 3rd person does not change (oddly enough, if I drop the gun, the world model appearance is in fact that of the vanilla gun). Also, simply deactivating only the MOGUNS esp WILL change everything on the weapon back to Vanilla.

Man, I just don't know. I think I'm about ready to throw in the towel. Barring trying to get a hold of Earache himself (and good luck with that, even if I could, he'd probably rip my head off for asking) I can't think of what to do. Thanks for your help though, you've been awesome.

I tried it one more time, deleted just those entries, went into the game and the same thing happens. I added Lucky with the console and even the firing and reloading animations have reverted back to vanilla (MOGUNS replaces Lucky with a Dan Wesson revolver which uses the firing and reloading animations from the .44 Magnum, with the deletion it's not using the .357 firing and reloading animations), same deal...everything changes, it's just the 1st person and 3rd person mesh and textures that remain the same.
