NMM Installation Question(s)

Hi, this is my second post on this forum so i apologize if i am posting this in the wrong section.

I just have a question about Nexus Mod Manager installation, specifically in the Setup where it asks where to put the "Mod Directory", "Install Info", and "Virtual Install".

My question is can i put the Mod Directory and Install Info in my HDD and the Virtual Install in my SSD and have it work fine? (my Skyrim would be on the SSD in this case)

The question has been said but this is just a bit of backround to hopefully help you understand where i am at and possibly answer any questions. My SSD has about 100GB's of storage left while my HDD has around 880GB's left. When i try to put the Virtual install in my SSD, it pops up a red "!" saying how i cant put it in my C:\x86 programs or something like that (i cannot recall as i have fully installed it on my HDD but i am now considering about reinstalling it all on my SSD), and i do not know how to fix this so maybe this can be a Bonus Question.

Any other tips or advise to help with the setup, please say so, it would be greatly appreciated.
