Workshop Favorite Menu for Frequent Items

I am seeking assistance in creating a small mod wherein you could press Y on a gamepad and tag an object in the settlement workshop, allowing you to get back to that item and others being currently used very quickly. And then pressing Y again will untag the item, removing it from the list. Reason being I greatly enjoy settlement creation and all the mods adding items to it, but it is very easy to add too many mods and lose yourself in menus looking for one bit of wall over and over again. this would expedite that, easing the process in general. I have a ton of object mods for building and never remember where everything is at.
