zk101
Hey, I am messing around with the GECK and used the http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Creating_a_new_vendor guide on creating vendors to help. I did everything it told me to do, but my vendors will open up the barter menu, but without of his items from his safe in the store. Also this vendor isn't using his Custom Topics via ActorData/Quest. If anyone has had this issue or if you are confused at all, or can help; could you please ask a question, that might help instead of bashing on my attempt to recieve support on something. Thanks guys/girls. zk101
zk101
Should this be in Mod Talk?
Klipperken
No, it should be here, this is the MOD TROUBLESHOOTING area... :PAnd he asks to shoot some trouble. I believe that your container is not configured correctly towards the vendor....But I am such a noob in modding.Still, I would check into that? deu58
Take a look at say NPC Chets vendor container and copy cat that. In the AI DATA section of your vendor NPC do you have all the right flags checked for your vendors inventory? For example the first flag is weapons. If that flag is is not checked then weapons will not show up in the vendors inventory for sale. After looking at the NPC then go to the containers section of the object window and find his merchant container and see how the references etc are linked to him and again just copy cat them to your own vendor container If by the off chance that you are adding the items via leveled lists that could also cause problem of items not showing. Player Level is to low or level is to high Not sure about the dialog topics thing I have never messed with it myself Edited June 15, 2011 by deu58
