NMM BOI:AB Support?

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth has lots of mods going for it, it's not one of those games that you heavily mod, but it is one that you swap mods in and out of frequently; however it's a real nuisance having to move the mod files in and out and store unused mods somewhere you never look until you want them again.

Is there any talk on having the Nexus Mod Manager support The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth?

I understand it has it's own mod uploading site, but there's no easy way to manage the mods, and to be fair I use NMM frequently and for everything I mod so far, excluding Minecraft and currently BOI, so I'd love to too NMM support the modding of issac! :D
