farewellxanadu
I would (and I'm sure a lot of you would as well) like to see the MGO swimsuits make an appearance in the single player for The Phantom Pain. The swimsuit for the Infiltrator class is what I'm interested in in particular. It would be nice to have that as an option for clothing in the shortie prep for female DD soldiers. If someone isn't already working on this, I would very much appreciate it if you could make it happen!
BobDoleOwndU
I have included the swimsuits as part of my Multi Quiet Player Mod. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use them with normal female recruits as the female recruits load their eyes from the outfit they're wearing. The MGO swimsuits don't have the eyes included as part of the outfit, so you'd end up with eyeless recruits.
Deleted1067288User
Edit: Disregard my message. I already answered my own question lol Anyhow thanks for the mod by the way. You seemed to put a lot of effort into it. Edit 2: Just a thought, if eyes are a concern, why not give the females aviator sunglasses or eye wears that covers their eyes to go with their swimsuits? Female recruit's only have two model pieces you can replace, the head and the body. If you replace one of those with glasses, the head or body would be missing. XD There would need to be a third model piece to add glasses.
Deleted1067288User
Ah okay. Just release the eye-less one then lol. ...Even if it does look creepy. I have another thought in terms of model swapping. Would it be possible to model swap recruits (male or female) from our Avatar models? I mean if the Avatar are wearing the current outfit (such as BDU shirt or swimsuit for example) for online, wouldn't that save the information in the MGO file? Of course if it's male, we can create it again in Single Player. Females are a different story however. In the meantime, I'm just getting the hang on the modding for MGSV. Rather I was mostly messing with settings for low end notebook since my other laptop stopped working. I must say for a laptop that could hardly run Saints Row 4 and Fallout 3 on low end, this one, without shadows, runs like a dream. Shame that Konami is just going to waste the Fox Engine and probably do nothing to it I bet. Would be awesome if they release a Fox Engine Program like Unity5 and Unreal 4.0. I haven't tried it though. Konami will probably continue using the Fox Engine for their soccer games and the next MG they're making. It would be awesome if it became open source though. Having a better understanding of the engine could possibly make modding MGSV a bit easier; of course there's no way to prove that without being able to use the engine though.
