Skyhold Customization Collection Bug?

I'm nearing endgame and was trying to tie up loose ends - complete side quests, collections, etc. All my collections are done except for the thrones, which is showing that I have 20 of 21.

 

I've checked all of the thrones and compared them to images online that show how they should look when both accessories are installed, and all of them look good, which means I should have 21?

 

Just to be sure, I ran through a bunch of resource operations but none of them have been giving me anything else. I'm pretty confident I have all of the accessories, which makes me think this is a bug. Anyone else run into this, or have a solution?

 

My practical side is telling me to just ignore it and finish the game, but the completionist in me is having a hard time letting it go.

There are seven thrones, with two accessories each. Total of 21 items.

 

That wiki article describes each throne and accessory: both how to obtain them, and what gets added to the base throne. Plus it has pics of each for reference.

 

1. Andrastian; Acc1: Flames on both sides and behind, Acc2: Incense holders on floor (both sides)

 

2. Chasind; Acc1: Shark jaw on back, Acc2: Incense pot on floor to throne's right.

 

3. Enchanter's; Acc1: Curved metal framing back (both sides), Acc2: Dragon detail for Acc1.

 

4. Fereldan; Acc1: Wolf's head carvings and shield added to back, Acc2: Hound's head carvings added to shield.

 

5. Inquisition; Acc1: Inquisiton symbol added to back, Acc2: Incense basket on floor to throne's left.

 

6. Orlesian; Acc1: Angel carving added to arms, Acc2: Woman now holding plates, and tassels dangling from both sides of back.

 

7. Qunari; Acc1: Adds wooden details (paddles?) to back, Acc2: Adds incense holders extending from both sides of bench.

 

 

After checking through all 21, are you sure you aren't missing something?
