300 speed units and climbing

okay i seem to have an...issue...some might call it a problem, others would call it a blessing.

 

a while ago my character somehow gained a massive speed increase (a seemingly permanent buff of 150 to speed, annoyingly at the cost of a -22 debuff to both armor skills)

 

though unexplained i actually kinda liked it, it allowed me to zip around and maneuver myself in fights and enabled dodging of melee attacks, over time i even grew to ignore the debuff in armor, it was a fair tradeoff in my opinion (even though the cause of this effect is still undetermined)

 

but now the effects have spontaneously and without announcement, doubled, i now have a permanent 300 buff to speed at a cost of -44 to both of my armor skills, putting my heavy armor at 0 and my light armor at 1, at 360 speed it is becoming hard to position myself for melee attacks without overshooting and i cant go down cliffs without walking or i end up airborne, all made worse by the fact that armor is now basically useless due to my current skill level.

 

i have tried taking potions of dispel, cure disease, etc, ive checked all over the menus for some indication of an effect and other than the status of the affected stats, i cant figure this out, nor can i find a cure

 

i would be GREATLY appreciative if ANYBODY could help me figure this one out, i don't want to think of how annoying it will be to have a speed of 600...or even 450, (oh and no im NOT on skooma)

i have found the cause after a sudden realization, running revised mod, when holding down the sprint key it has those exact effects (+150 to speed, -22 to armor) and for some reason the effects did not dissipate after releasing the sprint key...twice...now i need to figure out how to fix it

 

EDIT---

 

have found how to fix the speed (modav speed -300 removed the effect) but it wont let me remove the effect of the debuff on my light armor and i would realy preferr to not have to set it to 89 to get the same ammount of lightarmor skill

Have you tried all the requirements and tools? and load order?

 

Have you read the comments? some people seem to be complaining of similar thing.....unless that's you under another name?

XD lol no thats not me, i dont do nubtacular things like that

 

i just said screw it and raised my base light armor to 89, seems to be the only thing i can do
