LFM to change gameplay

Greetings people.

I’m from Russia and I like Oblivion, but my English a bit broken, sorry about it.

 

I am Looking For Mod which can change gameplay style:

 

1)I would like to make fights a lot more faster (3-4 hits and you are dead or monster dead). Sure I can change difficult level on max (but only I will be dead, not monster) or min level (then only monsters will die faster) and I want to make it for both side (I will die faster and monsters will die faster). But if I or some1 will block attack with shield or 2-h Sword they will get very low damage.

 

2) If someone know mod which can add more damage whith bow (5max arrows and monster or I will die). I am not sure if great people which can make mods can make one to change physic (if I shoot in head then it’s ~80% that monster will die, leg ~10-20% (like Counter Strike lol)) and will be nice if with bow will be almost impossible to kill some elementals or skeletons, but will be easy to kill goblins or humans for example).

Ahh, By the way, almost forgot… And will be nice if Bow will reload a bit faster :)

 

 

And if some1 know good interesting mod where I can go to castle and fight there (save castle or something, because I’m sick of this dark dungeons).

The first one isn't too hard, believe I have most of what you're looking for already made

The second one would require some sort of locational hit detection and probably some restructuring of the base game code, so can't be done in any reasonable or meaningful way. Reloading bows could probably be done by making the animations related faster, but that is easier said than done.
