predator in oblivion

ive been wanting to play as a predator(from AvP) in oblivion but i dont think anyone has done any mods related to them, if someone could make a mod with selectable race and armor/weapons id be very grateful

 

any one of these, or all three (that would be very nice) make each a different selection in the race menu

 

My Skyrim Predator Mod is coming in around September 2012.

 

I'm thinking the title will be "Predators - Lost Tribes", because you play the rare offspring of the Predators stranded on SKYRIM for a millennium. You've gone native, but the objective of the mod is to rediscover your roots and your race's artifacts..

 

I've posted pics of the work in progress on the images section here on the skyrim Nexus.

 

I'm not trying to duplicate movie stuff exactly - more of establishing a playable race and cultural items/weapons (similar to something akin to what 'Narin' might sculpt)

 

 

The more complex the games get - the longer it takes to mod this stuff. I'm dumping speaking facial morphs ( because they require facegen tools to make this) and a few other character bells and whistles - but it will initally have Male / female with regular body types - dreadlock hair selection, skin colors, and maybe some head/face bones/little horns.

 

I'm putting the finishing touches onto the female Yautja the next few weeks.

 

So far there's wrist blades - P1 and AVP style - disk, chackram, combistick, plasma cannon and other items. light and heavy armor, 7-10 biohelms, sandals - boots gauntlets - necklaces and other stuff.. whew.. anyway - lots more to build... more to keep on working on .. AVP style drop pods and other stuff. Cloaking effects, heat vision - racial effects, - green blood - etc

 

 

This is why the NPC and other AVP / predators monsters will be released in a later 1.5 or 2.0 version sometime much later. I just want to get this out and done so i can switch to building stuff for 2012 halloween (lol - truth) then return to making more for this when the winter comes again.

 

So far even in Alpha playable - its stable and a lot of fun. Killed over 5,000 Imperials and more just testing things!

 

Anyway I'll get this out as soon as I can.
