Weapon: Sawblade from God Eater (Burst)

I'm not sure if there is a specific template for these requests so I'll just be brief. I think it would be cool if this weapon was in Fallout 3. It fits the atmosphere and it doesn't appear to be that hard to make(I'm currently working on a model now but I'm a novice at modeling.
