Balakirev Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 I go to my Subscriptions tab, but all I find is this: Powered by Subscriptions Manager 1.0.3 © 2011, by Michael McCuneBased on IP.Subscriptions, by Invision Power Services, Inc. ...with Dark and English (USA) as my forum choices, then: * Back To Top * Forum Home * Delete My Cookies * Mark Board As Read I've got nothing that would filter the site (such as NoSquint) running at this time.
Community Manager Dark0ne Posted June 16, 2011 Community Manager Posted June 16, 2011 I can't seem to replicate this issue in Chrome, IE8 or FF4. What browser are you using?
Balakirev Posted June 16, 2011 Author Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) I can't seem to replicate this issue in Chrome, IE8 or FF4. What browser are you using? FF 3.6. I've got IE8 installed, as well. I'll give it a try. Edited June 16, 2011 by Balakirev
Balakirev Posted June 16, 2011 Author Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) No go with IE8, either. Very odd. I've turned off Kaspersky, which shouldn't cause any problems, in any case, and that's the only background app I can think of that might affect both FF and IE. I was having some issues getting to the forums about 6-8 weeks ago: couldn't post, and I was showing dozens of unread private messages. Wonder if that's somehow tied to it, but it's not something I can check. Edited June 16, 2011 by Balakirev
ub3rman123 Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 Where are you clicking the Subscription tab? If it's from the forums it's possible it only links to currently active subscriptions. Try the link on the main page of the site.

Balakirev Posted June 16, 2011 Author Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) You do know Firefox 4 is out by now? And if you've got Vista or windows 7. There's IE9 now . Yes, and I reviewed FF4 on my "tertiary" computer, along with 3 other browsers, for a magazine roundup. But I find that several of my favorite FF3 add-ons (mods!) won't run in FF4, especially one that allows me tp quickly jump around tabs by using the numeric keys. Nothing else like it has appeared, so... Also, using WinXP on my main computer. Does everything I want, and allows me plenty of memory for everything else. :) Where are you clicking the Subscription tab? If it's from the forums it's possible it only links to currently active subscriptions. Try the link on the main page of the site. That was actually how I discovered my problem. Since then, I've tried and re-tried it, as well as going to subscriptions from the forum in general. It's still a no-go, which is pretty frustrating, frankly. Wish I could solve this with Wrye Bash. ;) Edited June 16, 2011 by Balakirev
Community Manager Dark0ne Posted June 16, 2011 Community Manager Posted June 16, 2011 I honestly have no idea why it isn't working for you. I presume that the other people posting here have tested it and it's working for them?

I presume that the other people posting here have tested it and it's working for them? There were those problems I referred to above, occurring a couple of months' back, where I couldn't access the forums or private messages. I wonder if whatever fix was applied somehow wasn't comprehensive, or caused this. I've no idea, but I'd still like to get a lifetime membership. Edited June 16, 2011 by Balakirev

Do to repeat Dark0ne's question: can anybody without a subscription try starting the process to buy one, just to see if it's working properly?
