v4mp123
Hi guys! Here my Problem:Witcher 2 runns allways at 20 -24 fps. There is no significant change if i decrease the Resolution or enable/disable various graphicsettings (except ubersampling of course :-)). But one thing is a bit fishy:I changed to window-mode and startet Fraps.I played a few minutes and i recongized that nothing has changed.BUT:As i switched to a other window (alt+tab) ---> suddenly the FPS went up to 50 FPS!!!After i klicked on Witcher-Window again the frames dropped to 24.It is definitely no measuring error because the game runs very smooth when tabbed.PS: Same behaviour in game menu: --> focus on witcher2 window: 22 frames--> focus on other window: 650 frames My hardwarespecs:i7 860hd 4870 1gb @ 800 MHZ (Memory 995Mhz)4gb ram @ 1600mhzTested with AMD Catalyst 11.5,11.5b and 11.6OS: Windows7 64 bit Any idea how i solve this issue? 50 FPS would be nice ;-)Is it a gamebug or a driver bug?Does any one else have this behaviour? tommy5761
Have you tried disabling antialiasing and vsync you shouldn`t need either of these unless you experience screen tearing . Also disabling vignette and motion blur and also stting your texture memory lower may help

It looks like the gpu doesnt work at 100%. But i have to confirm this.
