Distance view for buildings mod ?

Hi guys,

 

With a lot of mods i have build a massive complexe including sanctuary , red rocket and abbernathy farm but i cant have a look of all .

 

i have modified ini files for increase view distance ( maybe i did something wrong ) but he don't seems to work for buildings mod .

 

Someone have a idea please ?
